Breakfast Pastry Pinwheels – Flaky, Cheesy & Irresistible!

These golden puff pastry pinwheels are stuffed with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese—everything you love about breakfast rolled into one bite-sized delight. Perfect for brunch, weekends, or grab-and-go mornings!


Ingredients:

  • 1 box puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed

  • 6 oz bacon, diced

  • 8 eggs, beaten

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tsp sriracha or ketchup

  • Salt & pepper

  • Jalapeño pepper jelly (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside. Scramble eggs with ½ cup cheese until just set. Cool slightly.

  3. Mix butter and garlic in a bowl.

  4. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles (8 total).

  5. Spoon eggs down center of each, add bacon, sriracha, and more cheese.

  6. Roll into logs, seam side down. Slice each into 3 pieces.

  7. Arrange pinwheels cut-side down. Brush with garlic butter. Top with remaining cheese.

  8. Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool 3–5 mins before serving.
