A cool and creamy layered dessert made with lemon pudding, whipped topping, and fresh blueberries on a buttery crust. Light, fruity, and perfect for summer!
Ingredients:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding

1½ cups cold milk

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping
-
1½ cups fresh blueberries (or use pie filling)
Instructions:

Mix crumbs + butter; press into an 8×8″ dish. Chill.

Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Whisk pudding + milk. Let thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with blueberries or blueberry pie filling.

Chill at least 4 hours. Serve cold!
