Lemon Blueberry Delight (No-Bake!)

A cool and creamy layered dessert made with lemon pudding, whipped topping, and fresh blueberries on a buttery crust. Light, fruity, and perfect for summer!

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding

  • 1½ cups cold milk

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups whipped topping

  • 1½ cups fresh blueberries (or use pie filling)

Instructions:

  1. Mix crumbs + butter; press into an 8×8″ dish. Chill.

  2. Beat cream cheese + powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.

  3. Whisk pudding + milk. Let thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  4. Top with blueberries or blueberry pie filling.

  5. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve cold!
