Lemon Supreme Pie (No Meringue!)

A creamy vanilla base topped with tangy lemon gelatin in a flaky crust—this lemon pie is light, refreshing, and perfect for citrus lovers who don’t want meringue!

Ingredients:

  • 1 baked pie crust

  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1½ cups cold milk

  • 1 cup whipped topping

  • 1 pkg (3 oz) lemon gelatin

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1½ cups cold water

Instructions:

  1. Whisk pudding mix with milk. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.

  2. Dissolve lemon gelatin + sugar in boiling water. Add lemon juice + cold water. Chill until syrupy.

  3. Pour over vanilla layer. Chill 4+ hours until set.

  4. Serve cold and enjoy!
