Creamy Garlic Salmon Pasta

A quick and flavorful pasta dish with tender salmon chunks tossed in a rich, garlicky cream sauce—perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the salmon: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Cook salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine: Add the cooked pasta and salmon back into the pan. Toss gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
