Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the salmon: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Cook salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
