Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

A fun and crispy appetizer where golden tater tots are shaped into cones and filled with cheesy bacon cheeseburger filling—perfect for parties!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ¼ cup pickles, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Make the cones: Bake tater tots according to package directions. Once golden, press them into cone molds or muffin tins to shape into cones while still hot. Let cool and set.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Stir in bacon, cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the cones: Spoon the cheeseburger mixture into the tater tot cones.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese, bacon bits, or pickles if desired.
