A spicy, cheesy twist on classic meatloaf—loaded with smoky bacon, cream cheese, and jalapeños for bold, crowd-pleasing flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
