Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

A cheesy, meaty snack rolled up in dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection—great for parties or quick dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: pickles, ketchup, or mustard for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drain the grease and stir in bacon and cheese.
  2. Assemble the rollups: Roll out the dough, spread the beef mixture evenly, and roll it up like a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each rollup.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauces.
