A fun and crispy appetizer where golden tater tots are shaped into cones and filled with cheesy bacon cheeseburger filling—perfect for parties!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup pickles, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Make the cones: Bake tater tots according to package directions. Once golden, press them into cone molds or muffin tins to shape into cones while still hot. Let cool and set.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Stir in bacon, cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles (if using), salt, and pepper.
