Baked Chicken Rissoles

So hearty and delicious — always a crowd favorite!
These baked chicken rissoles are a healthier alternative to fried ones. Packed with flavor and protein, they’re easy to make and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground chicken 1 pound
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Onion, finely chopped 1 small
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Carrot, grated 1 medium
Fresh parsley, chopped 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Olive oil spray –

Instructions:

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until well combined.

Form patties: Shape the mixture into small, round patties (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Spray with oil: Lightly spray the tops of the rissoles with olive oil.

Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Serve hot with your favorite sides.
