Cherry Coke Ice Cream

A fun and refreshing frozen treat that combines the classic flavors of Cherry Coke with creamy homemade ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Cherry Coke (flat, not fizzy)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, Cherry Coke, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
  3. Churn the ice cream: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add chopped cherries during the last few minutes.
  4. Freeze: Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2–4 hours before serving.
