Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs

Cheesy, garlicky bread bombs stuffed with a savory mix of crab, shrimp, and cream cheese—perfect for appetizers or game-day snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup crab meat (real or imitation)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Make the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, crab, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble the bombs: Flatten each biscuit, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and pinch the dough to seal into a ball.
  3. Brush with butter: Mix melted butter with parsley and brush over each bomb.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with extra garlic butter for dipping if desired.
