Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Optional: pickles, ketchup, or mustard for dipping
Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drain the grease and stir in bacon and cheese.
- Assemble the rollups: Roll out the dough, spread the beef mixture evenly, and roll it up like a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each rollup.
