Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cabbage and seasoning: Stir in cabbage, taco seasoning, and salsa. Cook for 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture and cover until melted.
