Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Juicy meatballs glazed in sweet and savory Korean BBQ sauce, served with a creamy, spicy mayo dip—perfect for appetizers or party snacks.

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Korean BBQ sauce (plus more for glazing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Spicy Mayo Dip:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, Korean BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls.
  3. Bake the meatballs: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Glaze the meatballs: Brush or toss the cooked meatballs with extra Korean BBQ sauce.
  5. Make the spicy mayo: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
  6. Serve hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
