Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef or pork
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Korean BBQ sauce (plus more for glazing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, Korean BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls.
- Bake the meatballs: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Glaze the meatballs: Brush or toss the cooked meatballs with extra Korean BBQ sauce.
- Make the spicy mayo: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl.
