Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

Mississippi Mud Cake is a rich, indulgent chocolate dessert known for its gooey texture and fudgy icing. The mini marshmallows melt into the cake during baking, creating a delightful surprise in every bite.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour 1 cup
Mini marshmallows 1/2 cup
Confectioners’ sugar 16 oz
Whole milk 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

Prepare the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a bowl, combine flour and mini marshmallows.

Prepare your favorite chocolate cake batter.

Fold the marshmallows into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Bake the Cake:

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
